New Page Published, but one user not seeing the updated page/portlet

Issue/Introduction

I have a Portlet published that we changed the Page within it. Most users see the new page as expected, but one user sees the old page. How do we fix/update this one?

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM STUDIO

Resolution

Click Restore Defaults logged in as the user for the page with the issue. 

Steps to do this:

  1. Log in as the user with the issue
  2. Navigate to the page with the portlet
  3. Click the personalize icon on the top of the page

Important: The icon you want to click is the gear icon at the very top, versus the gear icon for a portlet on the page. (Highlighted in red in the screen shot below is the one icon you want to click)

 

     4.  This takes you to the Content tab, Click Restore Defaults
