We need silent installer for AIX 5 or please help with the link if it's available online.
- NA
Release : 9.0.2
Component : UIM - INSTALL
Navigate to your Client Installation link on the UIM Server (DX Infrastructure Manager Server Administration) home page
URL - http://<UIM_Server_home_page>/uimhome/installers.jsp
See-> OS Native Installers (supports silent mode only)
e.g.,
http://xxxtest000111.xyz.bitcom.net/uimhome/installers.jsp
There you will find the OS Native Installers (supports silent mode) links for 32/64-bit Robot as well as the 32/64 bit Robot RPM for UNIX Servers.
Also, you will see an link to the right of the link with reference documentation for the answer file format required for the silent installation to work.
Third-party distribution mechanisms (yum, rpm, etc) can be used as long as it can:
Copy a native robot installer to a remote system. 32-bit and 64-bit installers for Windows, Linux, Ubuntu, Debian, Solaris, and AIX, are available on your Primary hub.
Copy an answer file that you have prepared. The native robot installers execute silently using the robot configuration values you include in the answer file but this file must follow the correct syntax and format for it to have any effect.
AIX
The AIX robot is supported on 64-bit systems only. To determine whether the target kernel is 32-bit or 64-bit, execute:
getconf KERNEL_BITMODE
AIX 5 is not supported.
AIX versions 6 and 7 are supported. For specific AIX versions tested and supported see:
