Multiple OneClick processes are seen after restarting processd on a OneClick system by running the "processd.pl restart" command from the $SPECROOT/lib/SDPM directory.
Release : Any version of Spectrum running on Linux
Component : Spectrum OneClick
Work-around:
1. Gracefully shutdown OneClick before running "processd.pl restart" on a OneClick system.
2. After running "processd.pl restart" on a OneClick system, shutdown tomcat by running "stopTomcat.sh" from the $SPECROOT/tomcat/bin directory and then start it again by running "startTomcat.sh" from the $SPECROOT/tomcat/bin directory.
