Receiving duplicate scheduled report emails.

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

There are two CA Performance Management environments with similar scheduled reports.

Resolution

Check the mail headers of the reports that appear as duplicates to verify the origin and turn off their unwanted reports.

Also, if the reports have different titles, this also indicates the reports are not the same.
