Will upgrading CA View/DRAS to 14.0 affect Web Viewer 11.5 or 12.1?

Issue/Introduction

We'll be upgrading View and Deliver to 14.0. Will this be compatible with OMWV 11.5? Is there anything that we need to do to ensure there aren't any issues for users? Does the same hold true for OMWV 12.1? 

After upgrading what configuration do I need to do?

Both versions of Web Viewer (11.5 and 12.1) will work with View/Deliver/DRAS 14.0.

You will need to reconfigure your 11.5 Web Viewer Folder definitions and your 12.1 Web Viewer Repository Definitions.

Web Viewer 11.5:

In the AdmTool Folder definitions, rediscover DRAS

Web Viewer 12.1

Rerun the Web Viewer Configtool to reset your license server/DRAS settings. 

Additional Information

No maintenance is required for this.

If you are going to run both versions of Web Viewer 11.5 and 12.1 at the same time, you will need a different DRAS 14.0 server for each one.
