Will upgrading View® & DRAS to 14.0 affect OM Web Viewer 12.1?

Issue/Introduction

We'll be upgrading View® and Deliver™ to 14.0. Will this be compatible with OM Web Viewer 12.1? Is there anything that we need to do to ensure there aren't any issues for users?

After upgrading what configuration do I need to do?

Resolution

OM Web Viewer 12.1 will work with View®/Deliver™/DRAS 14.0. You will need to reconfigure your OM Web Viewer 12.1 Repository Definitions. Rerun the OM Web Viewer ConfigTool to reset your license server/DRAS settings.
