'Error: Could not load the avatar image' or Avatar Displayed as 'Unknown' in the New UX

Issue/Introduction

After an upgrade, accessing the New UX throws this error: 'Error: Could not load the avatar image'.

The avatar is displayed as 'Unknown'.

Resolution

• Flush the Clarity PPM caches and empty the browser caches/temporary files.
• We should also validate the location of Filestore and Searchindex in NSA and configure the absolute path for both of them.
