Issue/Introduction

We have Top Talkers alerts of Robot Inactive alert.

Does 'OS' and Robot version matter for Robot Inactive alert?

Could you please let me know the reasons for Robot Inactive alert and solution for it.

Environment

Release: 20.x or later

Component: UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE MGMT, ROBOT

HUB: 9.x or later

Hub robot 9.x or later

Robots OS -> Mix OS (Windows, Linux, HPUX etc)

Resolution

The alarm has much less to do with any specific OS or Robot version and more to do with hub<->robot communication/connectivity, network, robot status and timing.
