Issue/Introduction

We have Top Talkers alerts of Robot Inactive alert .

Does 'OS' and Robot version matter for Robot Inactive alert?

Could you please let me know the reasons for Robot Inactive alert  and solution for it.

Environment

Release : 20.x or later

Component : UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE MGMT, ROBOT

HUB - 9.x or later

Hub Robot - 9.x or later

Robots OS -> Mix OS (Windows, Linux, HPUX etc)

Cause

- NA

Resolution

The alarm has much less to do with any specific OS or Robot version and more to do with hub<->robot communication/connectivity, network, robot status and timing.
