Does 'OS' and Robot version matter for Robot Inactive alert?
Could you please let me know the reasons for Robot Inactive alert and solution for it.

Robots OS -> Mix OS (Windows, Linux, HPUX etc)
The alarm has much less to do with any specific OS or Robot version and more to do with hub<->robot communication/connectivity, network, robot status and timing.
How to avoid robot inactive alarms while robot moving to another hub
