Resolution
Regarding ABEND S878 Storage Exhausted in CICS region with Top Secret in z/OS 2.3 Upgrade,
Need to apply APARs
SO04627, SO05724 and SO06140.
As they fix a problem with Top Secret orphaning storage which eventually causes storage in subpool 229 to be used up. This causes S878 and other short on storage conditions to occur.
For CA Top Secret 16.0 fixes required for z/OS.V2R3,
Need PTFs
RO92920 RO95981 RO99005 SO00316 SO00365 SO01285 SO03835 SO08125 SO08601
Need to apply APARs
