Issue/Introduction

Problems found during migration from TPX 5.3 to 5.4 

1. The trace data set is needed for TPX startup, but the documentation to allocate and format the trace data set was not found. JCL is in member TPXTRFMT.
2. Copied the 5 VSAM data sets (ADMIN1-ADMIN2-MAIL-NOTES-VIEW) from 5.3 to the newly created 5.4 data sets then the values should have been be carried over. Is there a need to do things like taking screen prints of each SMRT panel in the 5.3 release and compare them to the values in the new release?

These three steps resolved the migration issues:
