Startup of the CEMELDAP start task encounters the error: CA-DATACOM/DB Driver¨ÝCCI¨CCICONV FAILURE:  No receiver online

Cause

The most common cause of this failure is the mismatch between the SYSID specified in the ENF stc and the SYSID specified in CEMELDAP's SRVRINI DD member.  However, the values were the same.  The actual cause of the problem was undetermined, but cycling the CEMEMUF and CEMESRVR tasks prior to starting the CEMELDAP task proved corrective.

Resolution

In this particular case, bouncing the CEMEMUF and CEMESRVR tasks and ensuring both have started cleanly prior to starting the CEMELDAP task proved successful.
