Resolution

XCOM no longer uses the CA Licensing component in XCOM for Linux version r11.6 SP01 and above where the any license warning messages are disabled.
If using XCOM r11.6 SP00, solution RO58255 includes the fix to suppress license warning messages.

Additional Information

Prior to the license warning messages being disabled the lack of any license does not impact XCOM functionality even after the 30 day grace period following install has passed.
