Issue/Introduction

Using Mozilla FIREFOX when I select the SMP/E Tab, I get the "PLEASE WAIT" Icon and it takes a really long time for the page to load. 

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : MSM USER INTERFACE

Resolution

Using Mozilla the first time you click the SMP/E Tab may take a long time to load the page. You may see it sit at  "Please Wait" for quite a while. However, all subsequent attempts to click the SMP/E Tab should load the page quickly.
