sap_basis probe 2.02 or later cannot connect to sap resource

Issue/Introduction
You will get a similar message in the probe test connecton or probe log:
sap_basis (12) login failed, Connector path is not correct, path does not contain sapjco3.dll and sapjco3.jar.
Confirm the variables as described in the probe documentation ie.:
CLASSPATH=D:\sapjco\sapjco3.jar
Path=C:\Windows\system32;C:\Windows;C:\Windows\System32\Wbem;C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;D:\sapjco\
Java options:
-cp "./*;D:/sapjco/*"
Content of d:\sapjco:
Environment
Release : 9.x or later
Component : UIM - SAP_BASIS
Cause
2.02 or later requires additional files in the sapjco folder. It should contain

Correct sapjco folde so just download it from Sap Market place with the Sap Administrator help and then apply the probe.
Additional Information
Sap_basis 2.01 version should work as a workaround
