Issue/Introduction

Clarity PPM Restore Domains Job Failed with below error:

Restore Domains Job failed:  :: Error in importing contentNo export task with id eb0f1c16-722e-4921-a8fg-9a9f8091145f.

 

 

Environment

Release : 15.x with Jaspersoft 

Component : CA PPM SAAS JASPERSOFT

Cause

The Clarity PPM Restore domain job failed because when the job was running the export of Jaspersoft content was also performed and thus caused a lock resulted in the error 

Resolution

Clarity PPM Restore domain Job actually checks the attributes which are included in data warehouse and sync the out of box domains provided using the dynamic domain update. This will ensure the Jaspersoft domains are in sync. 

Run the Restore domain Job once the export of Jaspersoft content is completed.
