Unable to access uimapi data after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Not able to access uimapi data  This problem is observed after upgrading from UIM 8.51 to 9.02 then finally UIM 9.2.0

Resolution

Upgrade to uimapi 9.10 from uimapi 9.02 resolved the issue
