Locking down the posistion of the models in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

After arranging the models in spectrum neatly and when Spectrum discovers the model again, it moves the (off page ref models) to the left side and makes the toplogy a mess.

Release : 10.3

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

This is a known anomoly in Spectrum.

Grouping models together can provide some relief to this.

The other option is to not display off page references in the topology.
