Accessing openAPI via curl returns a 403 error after configuring HTTPS/TLS/SSL

Issue/Introduction

Running ODATA API queries error out with error 403 after configuring NetOps Performance Management to use HTTPS/TLS/SSL

Environment

Release : 3.6

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

Remote Values in SsoConfig are not configured with the correct settings for HTTPS.

The remote values are synced to the Data Aggregator, so when the OpenAPI calls need to bounce to Performance Management SSO they cannot access properly.

Resolution

Make sure the appropriate settings are set in the Performance Center Remote Values section.
