Fault tolerant Data Aggregator install fails with write errors to shared directory

Issue/Introduction

Fault Tolerant Data Aggregator install fails with write errors to shared directory

The install is being done a sudo user which can write to the shared directory but getting errors similar to the following during install in the logs

"Status: WARNING Additional Notes: WARNING - There was a problem copying /DASharedRepo/data/custom"

"java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: /DASharedRepo/data/certifications
        at sun.nio.fs.UnixException.translateToIOException(UnixException.java:84)"

Also writing to the shared directory fail as root.

Environment

All supported releases of DX NetOps Performance Management

Cause

The install lays down the files as the root user then changes the permissions of the files if needed if another user will run the Data Aggregator processes.

Resolution

Make sure the shared directory is mounted in a way that allows root to write to it.
