How can I add comments in the case through Broadcom Support Portal Case Management?

To update the case in Broadcom Case Management, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Broadcom Support portal You will see the following page, click on Sign In and login to the Broadcom support portal.

2. Once you are logged in, choose your division to open Case Management.

3. Click on Case management:

4. Click on the case number you wish to update. 


Now you will have 2 ways to update the case comments. Please find the screenshots for the same below:






Once updated your comments will be visible here:




NOTE: The assigned support engineer will be notified after the comments are updated.
