We want to stop a specific instance, but it is stopping all instances. When we try to put the name of the service into the action's Service field it generates an error.

To stop an instance of a Tibco application you will need to provide the Service name (in its deployment file format, ex: example.bar) in the action's Service field. You will also need to put the Service name (in its Process Name format: ex: example-service-01) in the Instance field. These two items are required when wanting to control a single service.
