How to find license usage after Automic 12.2.2 and 12.3

Issue/Introduction
As of Automic Workload Automation version 12.2.2 and 12.3.0, there is no way in the product any more to see what licenses are being used. Instead, when going to the license sub-section of the Administration perspective, the following shows:
We have removed technical license restrictions in this version.
And the documentation for licenses shows:
This version has no technical license restrictions
This leads to the question - how can you see how many licenses are currently being used?
Environment
Release: 12.2.2+, 12.3.0+
Component: Automation.Engine
Cause
As of Automic Workload Automation 12.2.2 and 12.3.0, a license file is no longer needed. Please see this article for more information.
Resolution
A feature may be added in the future to see this.
In the meantime, the License Reporting Tool can be used. This can be downloaded at downloads.automic.com, specifically under component downloads by choosing Component "License Reporting Tool" and Sub-Component "CLI".
The latest version (currently 6.0) should work against all supported version of Automic Workload Automation.
