Issue/Introduction

using the link below for downloading patches for the API gateway. However, are all FTP, which our new proxy blocks.

Is it possible to download patches with http?

Cause

API patches w are all ftp driven 

Resolution

No option using http. By the moment there are 3 options available to obtain an API Gateway patch :

1. Download directly from the API Gateway solution and patches site (ftp site ) as you have confirmed have access to currently.

2. Requesting the specific patch to support using a case , we can supply the file through a case.

3. Request to your security team that implement a rule to allow access at :  https://ftp.broadcom.com/user/downloads/pub/  from our site
