Navigate to Unified Dashboards > Application and Server > Oracle
On the list page, click on a server or QOS name.
The qoschart page that comes up displays "Data Not Monitored"
The data is viewable in CABI and Operator Console and the QOS data looks ok in the database.
Queries stored in the MSSQL back end database that build these reports need to be updated.

Run the attached sql queries to populate the proper queries into the page. After running the queries, reload the page and open a report to view the monitored data.
These updated entries will be included in UIM 9.2.1.
