Issue/Introduction

After a change to an application exception or the restart of the exception system the

Capture SQL text to data set option does not work anymore.

To repair this is a recycle of the  data collector is needed.

Environment

Release : 19.0

Component : CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for DB for z/OS

Resolution

The sysparm EXCEPTION-INTERVAL=10 setting should be reviewed.

Adjusted the EXCEPTION-INTERVAL to 5 seconds and the elapse between exception checks to 5 and set the value of the thresholds in so that "warning and critical" do not overlap

each other during exception intervals.
