Wildcard in the profile member scope when using 'does not equal' does not return data.

Issue/Introduction
The proflles allow for filtering in the member scope
One of the filtering operands is the 'does not equal'.
It does not seem to work when a wildcard ("*") is used.

Cause
This is by product design.
Resolution
The 'Does not equal' operand ignores any wildcards.
