Client can't login after password reset

After resetting password, users cannot log in unless they wait for 20 seconds or so.If they try logging in immediately, they get prompted to change password.

Time was out of sync with the server that they were using to do the custom password reset - about 15 seconds behind. Corrected this, and it worked.
