Where to find the END DATE of a Broadcom PRODUCT LICENSE (LMP key)

Issue/Introduction

How can I know the end date of my Broadcom mainframe products license?

Is it only found by browsing the KEYS member from my PPOPTION dataset in the CAS9 proc or is there another way?

 

Environment

CA COMMON SERVICES r14.1 or 15.0

Resolution

If you have the CA SYSVIEW product, you can type the SYSVIEW command:

CAILMP

You will get all your CA products with their LMP codes, DaysLeft and Expire column (scrolling to the right of the screen).

If you don't have the SYSVIEW product, you can run the CAIRIMU utility:

CAIRIMU PROD         to see all your CA products.
CAIRIMU PROD(A1)   to see your A1 product.
CAIRIMU PROD(v)     to see the products in violation or about to expire...
