MICS PSPADD job getting COND CODE 0004 - no member found PSPADD

Issue/Introduction

The ESD1904L PSP refresh job is deleting the PSPADD member from sp.PSP.CNTL if it already exists.  As a result, any attempt to do a PSPADD process for a post- MICS r14.2 PTF results in a COND CODE 0004 in the first step as the "required member" PSPADD is not found in the sp.MICS.PSP.CNTL library.

The SYSPRINT for the S1 step of the PSPADD process shows the following if the PSPADD member is not found in 'sp.PSP.CNTL'

IEB817I MEMBER NAME (PSPADD  ) NOT FOUND                      

IEB807I INVALID OPERATION.                                    

IEB808I TERMINATED THIS MEMBER. IEBUPDTE WILL TRY NEXT MEMBER.

IEB818I HIGHEST CONDITION CODE WAS 00000004

Submit the job 'sp.TAPELOAD.CNTL(PSPADD)' to create the PSPADD member in sp.PSP.CNTL or manually create a PSPADD member in the sp.PSP.CNTL library with the following one line:
