CA UIM alarms not sync to CA Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

We are using Spectrum Gateway probe to sync UIM alarms into CA Spectrum.
We are not able to see new UIM alarms in CA Spectrum console.

Cause

Possible corruption of internal cache data in Spectrum Gateway probe.

Environment

CA Spectrum 10.2.2
CA UIM 8.5.1
Spectrum Gateway probe 8.64

Resolution

1. Deactivate ems probe.
2. Deactivate spectrumgtw probe.
3. Rename cache folder in spectrumgtw probe folder.
4. Activate spectrumgtw probe.
5. Activate ems probe.
