Issue/Introduction

Installing the  Top Secret for z/VSE Administration Panel.

Resolution

Top Secret APARs QO74777 and QO74775  introduce the Top Secret for z/VSE Administration Panels, need to be applied before going through the TSPM install process. The TSPM Panel Manager and the install is documented in Appendix B of the TSSVSE 3.0  (SP09) Command Functions Guide. The PPT and PCT entries need to reinstalled to pickup the new CICS entries after applying the maintenance.
