1-Our Websphere team are getting alerts that's causing tickets to be auto generated when a timeout occurs 9 times or more within a 10 minute period.

2-We see in their log that the messages are coming from some user activitiy within the webviewer(see below). We would like to know what can be done to stop these messages from being generated.
