1-Our WebSphere team are getting alerts that are causing tickets to be auto generated when a timeout occurs 9 times or more within a 10 minute period.

2-We see in their log that the messages are coming from some user activity within the OM Web Viewer (see below). We would like to know what can be done to stop these messages from being generated.
