Cost Plan does not match Team tab

Issue/Introduction

STR

  1. Open Project
  2. Make sure there are Team Members with Allocation Costs
  3. Go to Financial Plans tab
  4. Go to Actions>>New from Investment Team
  5. Note Total Cost on Cost Plan
  6. Compare with Total on Team tab

Expected result - The Total Cost on the Cost Plan matches the Allocation Cost on team tab

Actual result - The Allocation Cost on team tab is lower than the Total Cost on Cost Plan

Cause

The default filter is filtering out resources on the Team tab.  Probably due to inactive resources.

The Cost Plan pulls in all resources/roles assigned to the Project regardless of status.

Environment

All supported Clarity PPM releases

Resolution

On the Team tab, expand filter and click 'Show All'


This will include all resources assigned to the Project.
