Client Automation - Value of Parameter AgentAutoUpgradeAllowedVersions is not changed after upgrade to SP3

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade of DOMAIN Manager from 14.0 SP2 to 14.0 SP3, the parameter value for itrm/usd/Server/AgentAutoUpgradeAllowedVersions is not changed

It remains to 12.8.0.690;12.8.1.110;12.9.0.338;12.9.1.70;12.9.2.14;14.0.0.199;14.0.1000.194

and is not changed to 14.0.0.199;14.0.2000.255;14.0.1000.194;14.0.3000.725

Cause

There is a problem in file <ITCM ISO>\TestFixes\InstallTestFixes.bat

ccnfregdb -f %~dp0\sdConfig_sep.xml -s  -e -cr

should be updated with

ccnfregdb -f %~dp0\sdConfig_sep.xml -s  -e -cr -o

Resolution

Replace the file \TestFixes\InstallTestFixes.bat by attached file in master install source of Client Automation 14.0 SP3
