When customer runs the "trend report" in USM (with business hours field configured), as displayed below, nothing is retrieved:
However, if the "business hours" is not configured, the report runs fine:
This is caused due a problem with the ump_unifiedreports package in UIM 9.2.0 version.
This problem does not occur in UIM 9.0.2 version.
Release : 9.2.0

This problem is solved by deploying the "ump_unifiedreports_920_HF1" package into the UMP robot.
