1. Login to Clarity PPM Classic UI.
2. On the General Page Click on Help link.
Expected Results: A new page opens referencing to documentation site
Actual Results: Nothing Happens
This is a defect DE51668 and targeted to fix in next upcoming version i.e. 15.7.1
