Spectrum: SPC-OCP-10033: Unable to launch SPECTRUM Control Panel

Issue/Introduction

When trying to open SPECTRUM Control Panel, it returns the following error.

SPC-OCP-10033: Could not connect to the Location Server on XXX

Environment

Release : 10.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

Possible file corruption or undesired file update on $SPECROOT/lib/SDPM/partslist/LOCSERV.idb

Resolution

1. Copy $SPECROOT/lib/SDPM/partslist/LOCSERV.idb from another working SpectroServer environment.
2. Restart SPECTRUM Process Daemon.
