Can a GroupID value be obtained in CA View user exit SARSTCUX?

Environment

CA View - All Releases

Resolution

 . In View macro SARSPL is field SPLSSS2. 

 . SPLSSS2 points to an area described by the system macro IAZSSS2. 

 

 . In system macro IAZSSS2 is field SSS2OGNM.

 . SSS2OGNM contains a GroupID name.

 

 . In SSS2OGNM, the client was able to obtain the output GroupID for each sysout that View exit SARSTCUX is processing. 

   Having the GroupID allows them to generate a message containing all of the information needed by their automation product to do whatever is necessary to complete the job processing through JES2 commands (for example, ROUTE, PURGE, etc.).
