Customer has reviewed CA Data Simulator function.
They found steps to use CA Data Simulator with IMS MPP or BMP on User Guide, however, there are no descriptions on DLI Batch.
Customer asked about steps to warp DLI BATCH job generally.
They also asked any requirements of system configurations, considerations for DLI BATCH job to simulate date.
Could you provide steps to warp IMS DLI BATCH job?

There are no special considerations for warping IMS DLI batch jobs.
The approach for warping DLI batch job is the same as for warping any other batch job. There could be something related to other technologies. For example, if the program is written in COBOL, warp it as a COBOL program.
Additional Information
On IMS DLI batch jobs, the only thing where date and time stamps come into the play is when using DBRC=Y. If log recovery files are being used, then they have likely to add a specific offset to the Date Simulator SET command.
