I have noticed that sometimes I am getting alarms for robots that are currently part of a maintenance schedule. Why is this happening?

If the nimbus robot watcher is restarted on the primary, or if the nas, and/or maintenance_mode probes are restarted on the primary, there is a short period of time where the nas and maintenance_mode probes are synchronizing with each other the list of sources that are in maintenance. During this period it is possible to get alarms for sources that are in an active maintenance schedule.
This can be mitigated (but not completely removed) by doing the following:
-edit the controller.cfg on the primary hub
-add the following to the alarm_enrichment section of the file
start_after=maintenance_mode
-restart the nimbus robot watcher service
