Cancel Button does not function

Issue/Introduction

When viewing or editing a Job or Process Flow object, the Cancel button does not do anything when selected.

Environment

CA AUTOMIC APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Cause

Job(s) and/or Process Flow(s) has been given partial Request permission resulting in a strange UI behavior. Below is an example of partial Request permission resulting in the TEST_JOB Job object's Cancel button not functioning:

User Group does not contain the Request User Authority object

AND

User Group does contain Request access to Job TEST_JOB

Resolution

Depending on whether a User Group is given the User Authority Object Request, Jobs and Process Flows should be given the the correct access such as Both, Request, or Output. More information can be found in the documentation section:
