How to unlock the OTP credential if that is locked out in CA Strong Authentication?

OTP ( One time passcode ) as name suggests in generally for single usage and works differently that other credentials, if the OTP credential is locked and you try generating a new one programatically or using the sample application, the account will be unlocked automatically.
If you need to do this manually, please login as Global Admin and follow these instructions -
1. Go to user and administrators screen and then search for the user whose credential is locked.
2. Click on the user and then go to Manage Credentials section.
3. Look for One time passcode and if the credential is locked, use the enable button and then save to unlock the account.
