Anti Virus corrupted the NFA installation and need to be reinstalled
Release : 9.x
Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER
Anti Virus need to have NFA home directory excluded from scans and Windows TEMP directory.
The reason why we originally recommended excluding this directory from Virus scans is because by default MySQL uses this directory for its own TEMP files.
By default MySQL uses this directory for its own TEMP files.
However, it is possible to configure the CA\NFA\MySql51\my.ini to set the "tmpdir" variable to point to a different directory.
In fact, in the latest 9.x versions, the tmpdir variable in CA\NFA\MySql51\my.ini is already set to point to:
tmpdir=C:/CA/NFA/MySql51/tmp
So, if MySQL's tmpdir is not pointed at C:\Windows\Temp, then you don't need to exclude C:\Windows\Temp from your AV scans.
Please see the "MySQL and Virus Checking Software" section of the following page:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/windows-installation.html
Finally will need to remove and reinstall the NFA Console using the document attached
