Making LDAP change to my Sandbox environment. That environment is just one server running the EM and that’s it. No collectors. But when I updated users.xml, server.xml, realms.xml and domains.xml with the exact same changes as we made in the other test environment, it makes it so that Introscope no longer starts up. Like I said, I made the exact same changes there, so I’m not sure what I’m missing. Here the errors in the log:
11/12/19 11:11:16 AM CST [ERROR] [Manager.UserManagementService] XML Problem while parsing at line 15 and column 47: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'user'. One of '{group}' is expected.
11/12/19 11:11:16 AM CST [ERROR] [Manager.UserManagementService] XML Problem while parsing at line 15 and column 47: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'user'. One of '{group}' is expected.
11/12/19 11:11:16 AM CST [ERROR] [Manager] The EM failed to start. Local Users and Groups realm is misconfigured. Error using new settings for Realm: XMLFileManager.CouldNotParseConfigFileError
Can you think of any reason why these same changes wouldn’t work in out Sandbox/Dev environment? Would it have anything to do with there just being one server involved and no collectors? Or seems like on the error above that I have some text wrong somewhere, but if that’s true, I have no idea where I have something wrong…
