CA API Gateway

Issue/Introduction

Could you please tell me how to add SNMP TRAP (sent by the CA Gateway), the IP adresse of the Gateway and its

hostname  in SNMPD.conf file?  Actually, the Gateway successfully send SNMP TRAP but it's missing the source ip adress and the hostname (of the gateway)

Environment

Release : 9.4 10.X

Component : API GTW ENTERPRISE MANAGER

Resolution

We have the ability to send traps, but they're free form.https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-api-management/api-gateway/10-1/policy-assertions/assertion-palette/logging-auditing-and-alerts-assertions/send-snmp-trap-assertion.html

You can easily put the gateway IP address into the free form section, via

https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-api-management/api-gateway/10-1/reference/context-variables/system-variables.html

${ssgnode.ip}
Normally, Gateway doesn't send traps, it acts as a server which monitors system queries.
