Issue/Introduction

Can the approval and rejection of workitems be done by adding the buttons directly in emails?

Is there any REST API available for the approval and Rejection workitems via links in Email?

Release : 14.2

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

The use case to add approval and rejection selections directly in the email is not available.  

Currently, the emails sent provide links to the user's workitem page where they can approve and reject requests.

Also, there is no REST API available to set approval and rejection directly in emails.
