The CSA does not display any server configuration, although both the CSA and APP are accessible. BG also appears to be Stopped in the Process Engines status page. Restarting CSA, APP or BG services do not seem to do any difference.

There is a problem with the beacon service. Services are unable to communicate with each other.
Restart beacon service. If this does not seem to help, restart all Clarity PPM services and/or operating system as well.
