Issue/Introduction
It seems that HIPER PTF SO10450 is rather large.
I was trying to download SO10450 using MSM external maintenance, specifying solution SO10450, and it did not find it.
Am I doing this correctly?

Resolution
It was suggested that the client try again to download the solution, and they were eventually able to.
The problem that PTF SO10450 corrects was an attempt to fix a serialization problem that had existed for many years.
PTF SO10450 has a size of 39KB.
SO10450 is not there to correct SO10241, though it does have it as a pre-requisite.
The two fixes address the same module.
