Getting a CA Librarian SYSTEM INTEGRITY ERROR

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading CA Librarian to V44. The installation is completed.

While testing, I got the following error, while executing LBRARIAN (Renamed version of AFOLIBR) to allocate a master file

PTF RO20689 needs to be applied and then
