How to get the 'Entity Exclusion Table Name ===> USMEXCLT to show up?

Issue/Introduction

On the "Describe the Migration Environment Screen" how to get the option 

Specify non-default Entity Exclusion Table Name ===> USMEXCLT

To show up at the bottom of the page.

For example: 

The line with the RED box around it is missing from the customer's page.

 

 

Environment

Release : 19.0

Component : CA ADS

Cause

Using a MOD5 terminal caused the page to be too large to display the last line on the page where this field was mapped. 

Resolution

Use a MOD4 instead of a MOD5 terminal.
